Elementary School Program (ESP)

We agree that while academic rigor is important at all grade levels, it is particularly critical for our young students to have a solid academic foundation on which to build. 

The Elementary School Program has the following workshop breakdown:  

  • 50% of workshops (16) focused on Academic support, mainly reading, writing and math 
  • 25% of workshops (8) on Behavioral development, mainly based on the soft skills of a successful college student 
  • 25% of workshops (8) on College knowledge following the benchmarks set by the Chief Programs Officer  

Weekly activities include:

  • Mechanics of writing and reading
  • Math
  • Technology
  • Spelling Bee competition
  • Book club
  • University tours
  • Interview skills introduction
  • Applying to college introduction
  • Daily tutoring
