Ingrid de Llamas is the Director of Philanthropy and External Relations at Epilepsy Foundation of San Diego Count and is responsible for building and growing strategic, long-term relationships essential to the success and long-term viability of the Museum. For more than 25 years, Ms. de Llamas has specialized in building comprehensive advancement programs for non-profit organizations. 

She serves the community as a Trustee for the San Diego Public Library Foundation where she chairs both the Nominating and Board Outreach committees, The Barrio Logan College Institute and the Epilepsy Foundation of San Diego County. She is currently a member of Rotary Club 33, the Association of Fundraising Professionals and San Diego Grantmakers. 

Ms. de Llamas chaired the Campaign for the New San Ysidro Library from 2017 through 2019 and secured more than $2.2 million in funding  for the capital campaign and ongoing programming.  The library opened in the Fall of 2019.

She was named the Asian Business Association’s Member of the Year in 2018, San Diego Public Library Foundation’s Volunteer of the Year for 2019, and was nominated as one of San Diego’s Outstanding Fundraising Professionals in 2019 for National Philanthropy Day.  Ingrid graduated from Cal Poly Pomona with a degree in Specialized Communications. 

Ms. de Llamas is passionate about the mission of BLCI and is excited to help bring opportunities to students who will be the first in their families to attend college.
