Alex was born and raised in Logan Heights. He first used BLCI services in 2001 while attending Perkins Elementary School. He later relocated to Carlsbad, CA where he continued his education and graduated from Cal State University San Marcos with a B.S. in Marketing. He was the first in his family to obtain a bachelor’s degree from a university and hopes to get his master’s one day. He has always had a passion and the patience to learn and teach others.
