Eunice Morris is a Global Trade Director at Collins Aerospace, a Raytheon Technologies company, (RTX), with over 20 years of experience in the field. Throughout her career she has successfully led teams across matrix organizations and ensured companies compliance with Customs and Export control regulations in different countries jurisdictions.  She is very passionate about helping her company stay compliant by efficiently developing and implementing global trade compliance programs and mitigating risks.  She is also passionate about helping others growth their career, especially those in our undeserved communities.  She is a change agent as global board member of the Hispanic Organization for Leadership Advancement (HOLA), an RTX ERG.   As an HOLA board member she advocates for diversity, equity and inclusion of our talented workforce at her company.

In her free time, she enjoys hiking and running with friends.  Her favorite vacation types are going with her family to one of the many warm beaches in Mexico.
