Excellent website with mindfulness exercises that can help with dealing with anxiety, depression and other negative thoughts. Has exercises specific to dealing with Covid-19 and managing Coronavirus related stress.

YOGA for Kids & Parents
Alo Yoga for Kids – This is a great opportunity for kids to learn about yoga, finding calmness, quieting negativity and more!  There are numerous classes, which can keep kids engaged.

Yoga With Adriene – This YouTube channel offers high quality free yoga videos. Excellent for staff and families.

CARDIO for the Family
PopSugar Fitness: Family-Fun Cardio Workout – This video provides a great family workout.  Because it’s on YouTube, it can also be watched on a phone or sent via WhatsApp.  Parents and kids can participate, and can challenge each other.

Here is a Buzzfeed compilation of exercises that can be done at home. Try them and see which one(s) you, your team and your Club families enjoy. If your team finds one that everyone loves, make it a contest, and share the videos with us!

Mystery Science:
Great website with curriculum based science videos, with experiments to go along with them.  There is no sign up or login required.

Printable Resources:
Over a million pages of free printable worksheets. The site also includes hands on activities, printable games and a lot more to make learning FUN!

All Kids Network offers tons of printable crafts, art, math, reading and many other worksheets that can be downloaded and are FREE!

History Activities:
A step by step guide from the Royal Ontario Museum, where youth can learn how to write their name in Ancient Egyptian Hieroglyphs. What other words can they come up with?  Fun for kids and adults!

Digital Library:
FREE access to high quality children’s books from around the world in different languages.  It hosts books for all ages.  Start browsing the library here.

Playworks:
Here’s an opportunity to explore hundreds of games based on group sizes, virtual, limited space or equipment, age appropriate and development skill options.  Games are designed to keep kids playing.  Click on this link to go to the Website

Scholastic:
Learn at home – full of activities, from story telling, drawing and more.  A site for all grades, and includes resources for parents and instructors.

Science:
The CrashCourse.com is a great way to keep kids and Club members engaged on YouTube.  They offer science courses, from Astronomy and Anatomy, Physiology and much more.  It’s a fun and engaging Club like virtual learning experience.

Virtual Field Trips:
FreeHomeSchooling.com offers opportunities to visit, the Anne Frank House, with a 360-degree tour, Buckingham Palace, Great Wall of China, Mars, Monterey Bay Aquarium and much more!
