Transportation & Planning Program Manager

Stephanie Hernandez is the Transportation & Planning Program Manager at City Heights Community Development Corporation. Ms. Hernandez is also a BLCI alumna. Since graduating eight years ago college, she has returned to BLCI every year, offering presentations and interactive activities to our families.

Because of programs like BLCI, Ms. Hernandez has dedicated her career to improving the social well-being of
working-class, border communities. She works with residents and local agencies in an effort to elevate the
needs of under-resourced communities.

Ms. Hernandez earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Security and Conflict Resolution (ISCOR) from San Diego State University.
