Jenny Zuniga was born and raised in San Diego, CA. She is a first-generation Latina graduate from San Diego State University (SDSU) with a B.A. in Spanish and minor in Women’s Studies. After graduating from SDSU, she began her higher education journey, working for several colleges and universities and serving students through the admissions process. Her passion for student access within higher ed, led her to obtain her master’s degree in Higher Education Administration from Georgia Southern University in 2021.

Jenny is extremely honored to be part of the BLCI community. She hopes to empower and help students to strive for a better future and advocate for their higher education success.
